Proudly serving the Halifax community since 2019, Big Moustache Barbershop is Nova Scotia’s largest men’s grooming chain, with five thriving locations: Downtown Halifax, Bayers Lake, Joseph Howe, Dartmouth, and Bedford — and more on the way!
Our story began just before the COVID-19 pandemic, when two immigrant entrepreneurs from India and Syria came together to build something meaningful — a place where men could get premium grooming with a personal touch. Despite cultural differences and uncertain times, they found belonging in Halifax and made it their mission to give back to the community that welcomed them.
Thanks to your support, we've grown from a humble, two-chair barbershop to a skilled team of 12 barbers across the city. Along the way, we've been honored with two major awards:
