I would give no stars if it was possible. I have long hair with an undercut on the sides and gave very specific directions not to cut anything in front of my ears. The barber took it upon themselves to cut me some sideburns which look ridiculous and will take years to grow back out. Worst $30 I've ever spent, never coming back here. Is it because I'm a woman, or because he's a bad barber? A mystery for the ages. Don't go here if you expect the barber to listen to you.
